The following Covid Rules rules apply for the Bishop's Castle Walking Festival:
There are no longer any legal restrictions on us due to COVID-19. However, we are all encouraged to continue to take sensible precautions. We request that you:
Cancellations:
We will contact those attending a particular walk which has to be cancelled due to any change in government guidelines for the area, or any other reason.
Refunds:
Should we have to cancel individual walks and/or the entire event, full refunds will be given for any advance bookings.
Indoor Evening Events:
In door events have been arranged, however, this could change and is subject to government guidelines.

- Do not attend if you have any symptoms of COVID-19. By attending you are declaring that you do not.
- If you need to cancel please contact us at [email protected] immediately.
- Car sharing - agree with anyone you share transport with to wear masks.
- Bring a face covering, in case social distancing cannot be maintained, and sanitising gel.
- Maintain appropriate social distancing.
- Please take a Lateral Flow Test prior to attending in door evening events such as the Ben Osborne presentation.
- If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 after the event you MUST inform the Walk Leader, so that we can alert the ‘track and trace’ system of all participants on your walk. This applies for 14 days following the walk (see symptoms on the Government website: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/symptoms/
