Moonrise Lodges are two attractive wooden lodges set in an area of outstanding natural beauty amongst the Shropshire Hills. Each lodge sleeps up to four guests in in two en-suite bedrooms. Located on our family farm the lodges each have their own private hot tub, decking area and fire pit. Fantastic walking can be found straight from the door as well as the opportunity to wild swim or fish in the private lake situated on the farm. The BCWF committee would like to make it clear that this charity walk is not organised by the BCWF and this is inserted here for information only. We are showing this should visitors like to extend the stay in the Bishop's Castle area and enjoy the self guided walks.
Whether you like an amble or a scramble this event is for you. Taking in Bishop’s Castle and Clun, 23 miles of beautiful South Shropshire walks arrowed and also marked on 7 downloadable maps, with separate written guidance if you prefer.
Arrows are up for a fortnight. Pick the day/s you walk - part of the route or the whole challenge - it’s up to you!
Entry is just £12 per person or £25 for a family. All monies raised will be shared equally between Blood Cancer UK and Friends of Community College Bishop’s Castle.
