BISHOP'S CASTLE WALKING FESTIVAL

              Thursday 13th May - Sunday 16th May 2021

The Walks Programme page is now visible to you so that you can see the planned walks for 2021.
As previously mentioned we cannot say how or what the format will be but we are hopeful that we will be able to at least have the walks taking place subject to any COVID-19 restrictions in May 2021.    At this stage we will not be showing any Social evening events etc and will decide in the year if these can be scheduled.  If that is the case we will notify all those that have made bookings to look at the evening events.   It may be that we are not  able to have large gatherings indoors.   Again, we will just have to wait and see!

We will be reviewing the situation on the 10th March.

Please read the Covid-19 Rules & Conditions Page!

Take care everyone and we hope to see you in May 2021!

BISHOP'S CASTLE WALKING FESTIVAL
In the Shropshire Hills

Bishop’s Castle is a small market town surrounded by the wonderful Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, near the Welsh border and off the beaten track.  The festival welcomes walkers of all abilities and each day offers a range of walks from leisurely to strenuous.  Our 22nd annual Walking Festival will be held over four days, from Thursday 13th to Sunday 16th May 2021, when the countryside is at its best.  The area is a walker’s paradise, with local footpaths leading over open hilltops, through winding valleys, tiny hamlets, country lanes and sometimes the remains of ancient hill forts. There are many amazing views. Friendly and relaxed, our guided walks are led by experienced local volunteers.

After the festival we would very much welcome your comments on the Feedback Form at the bottom of this page.
