BCWF organises the annual Walking Festival which promotes Bishop's Castle as a key walking venue. A variety of walks on offer: short, medium, long, energetic and challenging.

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (i.e. the processing of ticket bookings and provision of a guided walk) and legitimate interest (for keeping you updated about your booking and future events).

BCWF will not use your contact details for any third party marketing activities and does not sell Customer contact details to Third parties. BCWF will only use this information to notify you of any changes to the event, to address any queries or to notify you of forthcoming events.

During the booking process, BCWF will ask if you would like to be included on their mailing list. If you decide to opt in, you agree that BCWF can send you information regarding future Walking Festivals, until such a time that you indicate to them a preference not to receive further information.
How long do we retain your personal data?
BCWF will keep your Personal Data for no longer than reasonably necessary and will delete your contact information on your instruction.
